Project UNWIND
UNWIND is an international European project jointly implemented by organizations from 6 countries - the Czech Republic, Poland, Ireland, Finland, Cyprus and the United Kingdom.
The general objective of the UNWIND project is to provide young people, both in employment and seeking employment, with accessible opportunities to build the necessary skill-sets to cope with and manage work-related stress and to build sustainable careers in today's dynamic economy.
UNWIND will develop innovative online resources that support young people to develop important transversal skills for career management; job retention and stress management. The range of resources will support the achievement of a significant immediate and ongoing kills upgrade within the European labour force.
